Sessions are held in a professional wellness center, in a comfortable and well-equipped massage room.
There is a toilet and sink, but no shower. After oil massages, I clean the skin with wet and dry towels.
All sessions are performed on a professional massage table, comfortable and adapted to the body.
Booking should preferably be made at least one day in advance.
Costa da Caparica – Private Apartments
Sessions take place in cozy private apartments, in a calm and discreet atmosphere.
Here, you have the option to take a shower before or after the massage.

I use natural coconut oil, hypoallergenic, fragrance-free and food grade, perfect for those looking for a healthy and relaxing massage experience.
After each session, any excess oil is carefully removed with wet and dry wipes.
Massages are performed on a professional massage table with disposable sheets or washable sets, always changed and thoroughly sanitized.
All surfaces are disinfected after each session, ensuring safety and trust.
An essential point: all communication and everything that happens before, during and after the massage remains in strict confidentiality.
